Many of our products are made to order. This means the item is produced after your order is placed.

Product images and mockups are intended to show the design as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on screen settings, materials, printing method, and production process.

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

We do our best to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the site will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, substitution, cancellation, or refund.

Because many products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

6. Shipping

Shipping times may vary based on the product, production location, destination, carrier, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, production delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Designs by G is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been shipped.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Designs by G is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. If the package is returned or can be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Purchasing a product does not give you ownership rights to the artwork or design printed on that product.
