Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Designs by G. Each item in our shop is made to order just for you, featuring original artwork by Geri Perna.
Because our products are custom printed after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
To help us resolve the problem quickly, please include:

A clear photo of the item

A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged

A short description of the issue
If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Returns
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept physical returns unless specifically requested by us during the review process.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please review all product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because items are sent into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.
Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Designs by G is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. If the package is returned to sender or can be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has not arrived or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can review the issue.
If the carrier marks the package as delivered, but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
