Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Designs by G. Each item in our shop is made to order and features original artwork by Geri Perna.

Because our products are created after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing and Production

Most items are sent into production shortly after your order is placed. Production time may vary depending on the product, order volume, availability, and fulfillment provider.

Most orders are typically produced and ready to ship within 2–7 business days.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product, shipping method, delivery location, and carrier.

Estimated shipping times may include:

• Economy shipping: approximately 4–8 business days within the United States

• Standard shipping: approximately 2–5 business days within the United States

• International shipping: may take longer depending on destination, customs, and carrier processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product, quantity, shipping destination, and available shipping method.

Some items may ship separately if they are produced by different fulfillment providers or shipped from different locations.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are made by different print providers, require different production times, or ship from different locations.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Designs by G is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender or needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us so we can review the issue.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

Designs by G is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you look into the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Designs by G is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.
